Sanath Gamage is a well renowned Specialist Human Skills Development Trainer, holding a B.Sc. Degree in Management and a MBA.
He has conducted a number of workshops in soft skills development for the corporate sector including soft skills development for corporate sector organizations such as Unilevers, Hemas, MAS, Brandix, LB Finance, HNB, Hydramani, Swiss Contact, Sumithi, Ogilvy Outreriat, Colombo Dockyard, People’s Bank, Mobitel, Union Assurance, Ceylinco Insurance, CEB, SLT, Mobitel, Dialog and many other reputed companies as well as international donor organizations such as UN, UNDP, ILO, UNICEF and World Vision. We have been providing our training for ICTA under the Secretariat where over 10,000 government officers and 250 working journalists have been successfully trained under our guidance. Mr. Sanath also has coached university undergraduates for better employment in over 7 local universities. With the assistance of UNDP, we have transformed two model villages in Ampara Districts with Love, Care and Prosper for selected families.
